Chandigarh: Modification of the railway track on the Kalka-Shimla Heritage has raised expectations of increased speed, with Ambala Division replaces three additions to that section.
Track Modification Work has been completed at the station Taxi, Gumman and Kumarhatti, said Ambala Division Railway Manager (DRM) Gurinder Singh Mohan.
He added, “Now, the speed will be raised after the sanctions Commissioner, Safety Railways (CRS), in which the paper has been submitted to headquarters.
