NEW DELHI: More than 400 passengers of Kanyakumari-Dibrugarh Vivek Express stampeded from a railroad station in Assam’s Morigaon district to bypass the compulsory Covid-19 test. They dashed from this Jagiroad railroad station, approximately 60 km from Guwahati, shortly after the railway arrived at about 10:30am on Sunday. Mostly researchers, such as women and children, they’d travelled from the train which had put off from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and traversed Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and also West Bengal more than five days, covering for over 4,000kms.
