NEW DELHI: More than 400 passengers of Kanyakumari-Dibrugarh Vivek Express stampeded from a railroad station in Assam’s Morigaon district to bypass the compulsory Covid-19 test. They dashed from this Jagiroad railroad station, approximately 60 km from Guwahati, shortly after the railway arrived at about 10:30am on Sunday.
