Bengaluru: Karnataka on Friday recorded 967 Covid-19 fresh cases, taking Caseload to 29,60,131, while 10 deaths pushed tolls to 37,472.
That day also saw 921 people being repatriated, taking the total recovery amount to 29.05.604.
Active cases reached 17,028, the Bulletin Health Department said.
Bengaluru Urban contributed the maximum number of 310 cases and two fatalities, he said.

Twenty-four districts reported zero death, said Bulletin.
A total of 1,67,679 samples were tested, took the cumulative number of specimens checked to 4.51 crore.
The number of vaccinations carried out so far in the state rose to 4.71 crores, with 44,634 people inoculated on Friday, he said.
