Guwahati: Rural Union Minister of Rural Development and Pancayati Raj Giriraj Singh on Saturday emphasized the enactment of strict population control laws to protect “Assam’s Wealth and Religion of People” Singh, National Patron of the Janasankhya Samadhan Foundation (JSF), has conducted consciousness Campaigns throughout the country since 2013 to prevent a population explosion.
On Saturday, he held a meeting with the JSF delegation (NE) led by Shailendra Pandey, Chair of JSF (NE), Dr.
Shubhjit Chowdhury, Manoj Singh, Shiv Prasad Sharma and Dr.
Gyanendra Barman here.
Singh told the delegation that for the security of Assam and India, strong dialogue and guiding about the implementation of strict population control laws in this country is the need for hours.
He said for the protection of Assam’s wealth and religion, the law of strict population control was very important.
He added that wealth means land and homeland and religion means culture, worship, and women’s protection.
He praised the brave measures taken by CM Himanta Buswa Sarma and the Assam government to prevent a population explosion.
