Bengaluru: Two people, who were arrested for allegedly deceiving a 3.5 crore Hospital businessman with the pretext of helping him invest in the Cryptocurrency business, has been denied by the Guarantee by the Civilior Court and City Session.
While applying for a bail, Piyushbhai Himmatlal Soni and Rajeshbhai Dhirajlal Soni from Gujarat has stated that Cryptocurrency transactions are not regulated by Bank India’s reserves or land law.

Claim Innocence, Duo said they were in the business of purchasing and selling agricultural products and equipment.
Prosecution filed objections, looking for cancellations of guarantees to prevent them from influencing witnesses and victims.
Prosecution said the police had asked the bank to freeze accounts that were accused and people who had transactions with them.
Based on this, all accounts of RS 3.3 Crore have been confiscated.
