Chandigarh: Congress Mla Chararjit Singh Channi took an oath as head of the 16th Punjab minister on Monday.
The 58-year-old child was the first Minister of State of Dalit State.
OP Soni and Sukhjinder Randhawa also vowed as ministers.
Channi, Mla Three times from Chamkaur Sahib, has emerged as a round choice for the post of the minister of the chairman after a busy discussion on Sunday.
He has served as Minister of Technical Education at the Government of Captain Amarinder Singh.

In addition to emerging as a strong revocation of Capt Amarinder Singh since April this year, Channi has also been climmed by a series of controversies during his duty as a minister of technical education since 2017.
