Mangaluru: A 31-year-old man holding Barbar Ran Reliot in a training institution here on Monday, attacking three female staff and leaving them with injuries on the head, hand and return.
The defendant, was identified as Naveen Shetty, working as a peon in the Kundapur court complex and has been detained.
Police said Shetty gained access to the District Education and Training Institute – next to the district prison, near Karangalpady – between 12.45 and 13:00, stating that he was a old student and wanted to give a gift to the lecturer.
