Chandigarh: Minister of Punjab Minister Charanjit Singh Channi on Friday said the central decision to revoke three agricultural laws as “a very delayed step but welcome”, added that having Prime Minister Narendra Modi was decided before, many lives could be saved.
He claimed to have won over PM at a meeting in the last office to retrieve this law.
