NAWANSHAHR: Nawanshahr authorities have detained a guy had shot Rs 26 lakh in the title of judicial and police officers by a local resident that had been confronting authorities complaints over monetary disputes.
Sarbjit Singh, had lodged a police complaint against a Sandeep Sharma alias Sanju’CM’.
Sarbjit advised the authorities he met Sandeep through a visit to Canada and advised him that his firm had failed and that he owed money to many folks.
Police stated that Sandeep promised Sarbjit he can help him along with his relations with senior officers.
In his return to India, Sarabjit offered outside his store on Railway Road for Rs 25 lakh and awarded Rs 50,000 into Sandeep.
He paid $ 1 lakh to the accused of settling a complaint against him recorded with a Vinay Kirpal Singh.
According to the authorities Sandeep took different figures from Sarbjit from the titles of police officials.
He also took Rs 5 lakh from the title of inspector general of government after which Rs two lakh additionally in the title of an estimate to make sure Sarabjit’s bond in a situation.
He got Sarabjit to provide him an arrangement to market 600 marla plot by threatening him.
Deputy superintendent of Police Tarlochan Singh stated that a situation against Sandeep has been lodged under sections 420, 506 of the IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act.
