Chandigarh: Facing Critics of Cash-For-Job Fraud in the recruitment of a Dental Surgeon by Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC), the Haryana Government on Tuesday stopped Anil Nagar’s service, an HCS officer 2004/16 Secretary of Batch and Deputy Commission.
Orders for termination of Nagar services, which were recently arrested for active involvement in job fraud, issued by Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya.
This is one of the rare cases of dismissal without probe, based on the report of alertness.
The termination of Nagar’s work relationship stated that he had been captured with cash that Ashwani Kumar had handed him money at the HPSC office.
It also states that Nagar and other defendants have manipulated or contacted 30-32 prospective candidates, where 15 appeared for HCS and 17 for the recruitment of dental surgeons.
According to orders, five of the 15 has passed the examination of HPSC while 13 of the 15 candidates for dental surgeons have cleared the examination.
Meanwhile, the four pages of the Governor Haryana confirmed the actions against Nagar with a comment, “‘For the interests of justice, the Governor Haryana, satisfying that it was not practical to conduct an investigation into the issue of Anil Nagar HCS (under suspension), imposing service dismissal sentences Nagar, which will usually be disqualified for future work under the government with the virtues of article 311 (b) 2 of the Indian Constitution.
“The incident came from November 17 when Nagar was arrested from his office after the arrest of Naveen from Bhiwani and Ashwani from the Jhajjar district.
Ashwani brought Nagar’s cash and went to give the same in the HPSC office, from where Nagar was arrested.
In addition, Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has won the 12 lakh Hospital in cash, non-moving property documents worth Rs 50 lakh, expensive electronic equipment and other cases of property from Nagar’s residence.
