Bengaluru: Nine men were arrested on charges of killing 19-year-old workers during a fight of more than Rs 1,200 on January 4.
The victim, Mehaboob Pasha from Ak Colony, has rushed to save a small child, was beaten because he did not pay the 1,200 RS loan he had taken from a shared friend.
Police investigation revealed Manikanta aka Mani, also from AK Colony, has provided Rs 1,500 to Minor to open an account in the Gaming Mobile application during August 2020.
A few months later, the boy returned to Rs 30.
Daily wages, every day workers, repeatedly forced a minor to pay the amount of balance.
The boy is a friend with Pasha and Manikanta.
On January 4 night, the boy met Manikanta and looked for more time to pay the balance.
When Manikanta refused, Manjunath, who accompanied underage, screamed in Manikanta because it became stiff.
Immediately, the heated argument occurs.
A little later, Manjunath and several others met Manikanta and his friends near a temple at Konanakunte Cross.
The groups clashed and a child named Pasha, who was resting at home.
Manikanta and the others attacked Manjunath and Pasha with deadly weapons, greatly hurt them.
Pasha died of a stab injury the next day, while Manjunath recovered.
Manikanta and eight of his colleagues have been sent to the court detention.
