Chandigarh: The state citizenary Bureau Haryana has caught Ram Nain’s king, tax representatives and tax commissioners (detc), are currently posted in the sales tax department in Bahadurgarh with red hands while receiving Rs 50,000 as bribes from private company employees to issue GST certificates.
Bureau officials said that the defendant was arrested by Dilly-Dally in issuing a GST certificate and then asked for bribes.
However, company employees, filed a complaint to the State Citstasan Bureau, Rohtak.
Acting on the complaint, a team led by the alert bureau laid down the trap and arrested the defendant while accepting illegal satisfaction of Rs 50,000.
The case has been registered with it and further investigation is taking place.
By submitting a report, SP Warvilance, Rohtak, Rajesh Phogat has reached the detc office where Nain is interrogated.
