Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Cabinet has approved the Swanan Jayanti-2021 energy policy, which imagines the development of clean and green energy and adds 10000 MW of green energy through hydro, sun, and other green sources in 2030.

The new sports policy aims to introduce scientific research in training for the development of long-term sports and satisfy young women and men who have achieved excellence in sports.
The Cabinet has also decided to issue a process of evaluation of 15 values ​​and increased test-written tests from 85 to 100 values ​​for direct recruitment to class III posts to ensure more transparent selection transparently.
In addition, 100 percent exclusion / exceptions have been given to Taken Tax, special road tax and passenger tax from various categories of vehicles to provide assistance to the transporter violently by Covid Pandemics.
The government has also decided to fill 108 posts from various categories in the income department on the basis of the contract.
Focusing on natural disasters, the state government has agreed to provide assistance to farmers affected by flooding from Lahaul-spiti district for agriculture today and horticultural losses caused by heavy rain last year.
The farmers will be given Rs 2000 per BIGHA because of losses between 25 and 50 percent, Rs.
2500 per BIGHA due to losses between 50 to 75 percent and Rs.
3000 per BIGHA due to loss of agricultural and horticultural crops above 75 percent.

3000 per biga will also be given to farmers because of their land losses caused by landslides / flood flash / avalanches etc.

During the meeting, it was also decided to change the name of Chamarla Village in Kullu District as Dhabarag, Chamarkad in Hamirpur District as Dhaned-I and Bandoor in the Shimla District as Viktadi.
