Bengaluru: Four young men were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly trying to sell marijuana to organize money to get a guarantee for their association, Rahul aka Bintang Rahul, who was shot in and was arrested by the police a few days ago.
The defendant is Purushotham N alias Manja, 26, New Yard wood, Layout, Kiran R, 21, from Srinagara, Kartik V, 21, from Cottonpet and Rahul L aka Arjun, 28, from Kanakanapalya in Jayanagar.
The police found 20 kg of marijuana worth Rs 6 lakh, cars, cellphones and machetes from them.
According to Harish Pandey, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), they were colleagues from Rowdies Kullu Rizwan and Star Rahul.
Rizwan and his colleagues who are peddling drugs to make money fast.
