JaLandhar: Former AAP spokesman for Shiv Dyal Mali, who has questioned the ticket to the former BJP Sheetal Angural leader of the West Jalandhar constituency after the latter being appointed at the party, has announced to support the BJP Mohinder Bhagat candidate from the constituency without joining the clothes.
AAP Leader Darshan Bhagat, which was contested as a party candidate from the same seats in 2017, has joined BJP.
This development is expected to consolidate Bank Bhagat Vote to support BJP.
Both Mali and Darshan Bhagat are vice president of the State of the Scheduled Caste (SC) wing.
Now, both have gone with BJP after rejection of tickets by AAP.
They both belong to the Bhagat community, who have a considerable population at Jalandhar West.
The Bhagat and Ad-Dharmi community has the biggest presence between two SC in constituencies and voting also on the caste path.
The MLA Congress and Candidate Sushil Rinu came from the Ad-Dharmi / Ravidasia community.
Candidate AAP Sheetal Angural and BSP-Shiromi Akali Dal Kumar Minia’s Anil Candidate also comes from the same background.
Sources at BJP said two AAP leaders of the community supporting their candidates at Jalandhar West will help them consolidate the voice of the Bhagat community.
