Guwahati: After “the best best election practice award for voter education and election participation,” Commissioner of Cachar District Deputy Keerthi JiLi has been respected with the cm “Karmashree” award for excellence in public administration for 2019-20 when he is the Deputy Commissioner of the Hailakandi District.
Galli pocketed this prestigious recognition for “innovative steps from the execution of efficient and transparent schemes / programs from the country / center category”.
As Deputy Commissioner Hailakandi, he took the “Anemia-Mukt Hailakandi” scheme with his extraordinary project “Amla-Gur candy to reduce the level of anemia throughout the Hailakandi district.” Along with JluLi, two members of his team, then Hailakandi Social District Welfare officers Jyotirmoy Daimary and the Coordinator of the Posthan Abhiyan District of Chakraborty, will also be decorated with the Karmashree award.

Ambika Deka, Manager, Poultry Farm District, Japjapkuchi, Nalbari for socio-economic development through poultry agriculture, Neog Bitterupan, ACS, ADC I / C sub-division (now ADC Sivasagar) for economic development by utilizing natural & human resources in the Kaliber Sub-Division, 2019- 20 and Rakesh Kumar, MD APDCL and Secretary of the Commissioner of the Department of Fisheries and Commissioners, North Assam Department, for e-governance systems in the Excise Ministry, Assam.
