Chandigarh: Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the leader of the Party of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in addition to Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu and Charanjit Minister Singh Channi is among the officials of the Party Assembly.
The list of 30 star praise was issued by the Secretary General of the Venugopal KC Party on Friday.
Former Speaker Lok Sabha Meira Kumar, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel, Congress General Secretary Ajay Maken and former Chief of the Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda and the incharge party from Punjab Choudhary will also campaign in the state.
Other Star Campaigns are Anand Sharma, Kumari Selja, Randeep Singh Surjewala, Rajeev Shukla, Sachin Pilot, Deepender Singh Hooda, Ranjeet Ranjan, Netta d’Souza, BV Srinivas, Imran Pratapgarhi, Amrita Dhawan, and Tajender Singh Bittoo.
Congress sits MLA from Jalalabad Raminder Awla, which has been replaced, is in the list.
Ludhiana MP Ravneet Singh Bittu, Amarinder’s cabinet minister Singh Raja Garring, Sunil Jakhar presidential campaign committee was also crowned as a star campaigner.
Congress members of Rajya Sabha from Punjab Ambika Soni and Partap Singh Bajwa have also been included.
