Bengaluru: The face of a 26-year-old widow has found a match for him at a close friend of their son within one year, dying in Covid-19 in 2021.
Ambika and Lokesh M tied the knot on January 27 at Sarpabhushan Shivayogi Mutt at UPParpet, Bengaluru.
According to Ambika’s family friends, he and Chethan Kumar Mallur Village in the Chamarajanagar district were married for eight years and had a seven-year-old son.
Kumar, employees with private companies in PEENYA, live near their workplaces.
He and his family were infected with Covid-19 in March 2021.
The others recovered, but Kumar died after 15 days of hospitalization.
Ambika returned to Mallur and used to live with her in-laws and her parents.
His father-in-law tried to convince him to remarry.
He initially rejected the proposal but then relented.
Intipts discussed this problem with Kumar’s friends and asked them to find a match for Ambika.
“Lokesh, who is a close friend of Kumar, advanced to marry her and we arranged marriage on January 27,” Lokesh Kumar’s friend said.
Kumar came to Bengalaroo a decade ago to study.
He got a seat in the hostel run by Sarpabhushan Shivayogi Mutt.
Lokesh worked in Mutt at the time and the duo became a close friend because of the two of Chamarajanagar.
He is not married and has several proposals.
