BENGALURU: The high court has granted bail to 115 individuals accused in the past year’s west Bengaluru violence instance, claiming the trial court’s order extending the opportunity to finish the evaluation by the following 90 days has been officially unsustainable.
The NIA had registered the program under the initial provision to department 43-D(2)(b ) ) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act -1967.
