Chandigarh: Minister of Manohar Minister Haryana Lal Khattar on Friday announced two hours of electricity supply to the Padi Paddur area.
Khattar announced this while taking place with the demands of MLA during the BJP legislative party meeting.
The office of the Minister of Chief (CMO) officially delivered this to Haryana’s power utility, UHBVN and DHBVN for implementing orders with direct effects.
In particular, the rice sowing season is at the top and sowing requires a large amount of irrigation water and with rain absenses, farmers mostly depend on tubewells and canals.
During the meeting of the farmer delegation recently led by Gurnam Singh Charuni with the Managing Director of Utilities Power, farmers also demand additional electricity supply.
