Chandigarh: A controversial preacher Satlok Ashram, rampal, has approached Punjab and Haryana High Court who seek suspension of his sentence if there is a murder of several female followers in the ashram.
The incident had occurred in November 2014 at Rampal’s Barwala Ashram in the District of Hisar.
Appeal against his belief was delayed before HC.
In his fresh application for the suspension of punishment and releasing the HC decision in his appeal, the rampal argued that most of them were punished with him had been released by suspension of their sentences.
The ramp, which was under detention for about six years, had submitted that he held and was unhealthy when the alleged incident occurred.
“I suffered from heart disease and other diseases for several weeks before the alleged incident.
I deserve to be released by suspension of punishment during the suffering of appeal to confidence,” he has submitted in his request, which is expected to come to hear on Tuesday.
Rampal also provides a list of 10 people – Rajesh, Balwan, Rajh Sharma, Rajesh alias Ramesh, Natwar Lal, Ram Chander, Babita alias Baby, Pantan, Virender, and Jogender – whose sentence has been suspended by HC.
It has been submitted that death in Barwala ashram, whose responsibility is responsible, has occurred for several other reasons including disease / disease.
To support his claim, the ramp has also attached medical reports from those who died in His ashram.
Other derade ramps and functionaries were booked in November 2014 because of several serious accusations after they challenged the direction of the High Court, asking them to appear with insults on court problems.
The state government had deployed 5,375 personnel from Haryana and central forces to arrest their helper after 10-day operations, which ended with his arrest on November 19.
The whole operation has cost the RS 26 Crore.
On October 11, 2018, the local court in Hisar had given a life sentence and the key aide after the death of four women and a child in the ashram.
