Bengaluru: Covid-19 case active in at least seven districts, all in North Karnataka, has fallen double after a surge in April and May.
District-District is Haveri, Gadag, Kalaburagi, Bagalkot, Raichur, Vijayapur and Yadgir.
Kalaburagi and Vijayapur have 95 and 86 cases active, while five other districts have less than 50 patients each in current care.
Bidar has the lowest number of active infections – six – in the region.
Overall, North Karnataka, consisting of 13 districts, has 1,855 Covid cases active at this time.
