Guwahati: Head of Assam Minister Himanta Buswa Sarma presented Pugilist Olympic Medal Lovlina Borghain Rs 1 Crore and offered the position of police deputy supervisor (DSP) in the State Police Department in the criminal program organized by Srimanta Sankardeva’s international auditorium here Guwahati on Thursday.
