Chandigarh / Mohali: Saini was produced by the alertness bureau at the Chief of Magician Magician Court of Pamelpreal Grewal at around 12:30 a.m.
on Thursday afternoon and stored in court place for more than 12 hours until CJM declared the final order passing past midnight.
The process in the Mohali court temporarily detained until the High Court issued heard Saini’s request and issued direction.
Saini produced at Mohali Court after the Mohali District Court complex changed to the fort and was guarded by Punjab police and no one was allowed to live in and around the courtroom during the process.
Saini’s advice, APS Deol and HS Dhanoa also represented him at Mohali Court.
Saini was produced at the Mohali Court in connection with the new FIR submitted by the police against it and others, including Davinder Sandhu and retired Planner City Shakti Sagar Bhatia.
The alertness bureau also produced Bhatia before the task judge on Thursday and took him to two-day police detention.
