Chandigarh: The petition submitted by AAM AADMI Party (AAP) who challenged the results of the Mayoral Chandigarh poll came to hear in the Punjab High Court and Haryana on Thursday.
On AAP’s request, senior advice stood up, Anil Mehta raised several technical objections.
After that, the court directed the Petitioner’s advice to attract the petition or submit it fresh.
This case will now appear to hear in February 4.
The petition was submitted by the candidate for Mayor of AAP Anju Katyal and the other two.
In the midst of a high drama and commotion, BJP won all three chairs Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayor in the Mayor’s election on January 8 came to the house for voting.
Both BJP and AAP have the same number of 14 votes.

During hearing, senior adviser to stand Anil Mehta took technical objections and asked for dismissal of the petition.
He said the applicants did not challenge the declaration of the results but were placed at a newspaper’s clip record and challenged the same thing.
In addition, he said that they had challenged the appointment of deputy mayor and deputy mayor of senior but had not made them party.
Mehta proposed that the command dismissed the objection passed on January 9 but was not challenged by the applicant.
