Chandigarh: Punjab Opposition Leader (LOP) Harp Singh Cheema on Wednesday demands the dismissal of the Sunder State Minister Sham Arora and a criminal case against him to sell 31 hectares of companies liquidated in Mohali to Personal brokers through Punjab Industries and Export Corporation (PSEC), causing losses from States.
Aam Aadmi Party Legislator Cheema demanded time-bound investigation by the Investigation Bureau (CBI) under the supervision of the Punjab High Court and Haryana.
Cheema said AAP did not trust the polluted bureaucrat committee or the Department of Punjab KepeLosab, which failed to solve even the last PSEC industrial plot that rejected the fraud of 1,500 crore rs.
He said the country had lost nearly Rs 125 Crore in the current agreement, and the value of the lost asset would rise to Rs 300 Crore after a thorough investigation.
Cheema said he had raised the problem of irregularities in the allotment of industrial plots in the assembly and also objected to “bad investigations” by the committee of the IAS officer.
He claimed that: “Officials, MLA, or ministers cannot make this scale fraud without the main minister patronage.” Lop accused that the alertness bureau has excluded Arora from corruption in an investigation into the former Naib Tehsildar, “so there must be some financial implications behind do not heed the advice of the Infotech Board Punjab referring to the Auditor General Punjab”
