Ambala: Ambala District reported one death because of Covid-19 a woman (40) from Naraingarh, a tuberculosis patient who was in oxygen support, said the Civil Surgeon District Dr.
Kuldeep Singh on Monday.
He said Ambala’s district reported 401 positive cases of Covid-19 and 407 patients dumped on that day.
Among 401 positive cases, Ambala City reported 117 cases, Ambala Cantonment 94, Chourmastpur 48, Shahzadpur 46, Barara 41, Mullana 30, and Naraingarh 25.
There were 3,767 active patients Covid-19 on Ambala on Monday.
Dr.
Singh said the health department was vaccinated 4,168 people against Covid-19 during the day.
Dr.
Singh said the Ambala district recovery rate was 87.83 percent and the mortality rate was 1.47 percent.
The total number of Covid-19 cases reported in Ambala until Monday reached 35,206 of them, 30,920 discarded and 519 people had died.
