Chandigarh: The Governor of Punjab-cum-UT Administrator V P Singh Badnore has directed the state of the state of Punjab and Haryana and administration of UT to ensure compliance with the decision to prohibit the entry of tractors in trical by agricultural activists, teachers and political parties.
The instructions were issued during the Tricity Coordination Committee meeting, chaired by Badnore on Wednesday.
The meeting was also attended by Vijay Vardhan, secretary’s head, Haryana; Vini Mahajan, Chief Secretary, Punjab; Dharam friend, UT adviser; Punjab DGP, Haryana Adgp and other Punjab senior officials, Haryana and UT.
