Silchar: It is a moment of pride for residents of Patharkandi Village in Karimanj Regency from Assam when they heard that the land of the land, Lieutenant Siddhartha Sinha, will order her regiment during the Republican Day Parade in Rajpath in New Delhi.
A second generation officer of his family in the Army, Siddhartha began his ministry from November 21, 2020 and was currently posted at 16 Madras engineering regimens.
On Tuesday, the spotlight glowed at Siddhartha’s house in Rajargaon, when the villagers glowed happily to make the streets to congratulate their parents.
It was a feeling of a shared victory for them because this was for the first time that the Jawan Army of the region had received elevated responsibility.
His parents, Shibani and Laxmikanta Sinha, sunbathed in glory and expressed hope that Siddhartha would achieve greater achievements in the future.
Laxmikanta told the media who sipped his house that he himself had devoted his 30-year life in the army before retiring.
Siddhartha, who is his younger son, has a passion and desire to join the army since his childhood, he added.
Siddharth studied at the army school in Hyderabad from class 1-12 because Laxmikanta was posted there during that period.
Then, he completed his graduation from the ViveKanda College of Science Humanities and Trade Bhavan, Hyderabad, and had chosen the flow of science.
He finished engineering from Madras Engineering College before joining the Army, said Laxmikanta.
Laxmikanta added that her older son also passed in mechanical engineering and had prepared UPSC.
“My older son has a key role in inspiring Siddhartha to join the army”, he said.
Patharkandi MLA Krishnendu Paul, BaliIpipla Gram Panchayat President Milon Kumar Das and President Brisha Young BRISWAJIT SINHA also echoed the native sentiment of the villagers and congratulated Siddhartha.
