Bengaluru: After relaxation of locking, the police have seen the uptick in a hardened criminal activity.
In the span of 15 days, since June 22, four murders have been reported in the city.
A senior police officer said that after sleeping during the second wave of Covid-19, the Underworld elements again tried to build or reclaim their territory.
On June 22, History-Sheeter Kareem Ali was stabbed to death in Govindapura.
Two days later, the former Corporator was killed outside his nation’s office in Chalavadipalya, Cottonpet.
On June 30, History-Sheeter Uday Kumar was killed in aneccant, and on July 2, Madan’s investors were stabbed fatally outside the Banakakari temple.
