Bengaluru: City police are developing cellular applications to gather details of tenants, especially foreigners and people from other states, from landlords.
After the application is ready, landlords must upload documents such as visas, passports and lease agreements collected from the tenant.
Foreigners must require these documents, while landlords must also be required to collect the same.
The police plan to monitor these tenants through the software they have developed.
“Foreign citizens who live in the city must be intimate Fro about their address and other details.
Also, homeowners must provide details of their foreigners’ tenants to the police through the tenant verification process.
But these things do not happen as expected.
So, we Having developed software that will help renew the existence of foreign nationals, “said Police Commissioner Bengaluru Kamal Pant.
According to sources, cellular applications will be available for landlords to easily upload or update information about their tenants.
This application will have a separate head for foreign nationals, people from other states and those from in Karnataka.
The landlord must upload valid ID evidence from their tenants from Karnataka and other countries in the application.
