BENGALURU: A group of miscreants allegedly struck a restaurant at Bengaluru and decamped with substantial amounts of cooking oil, gulab jamun and rasgulla.
Santanu Mondal, company manager of Total Barbeques, registered a complaint using Mico Layout authorities on May 28.
Mondal told authorities that the restaurant closed on April 24 because of the lockdown and that he seen it that a month after May 24.
He discovered a few miscreants had busted the glass doorway and entered the resort.
“The miscreants took off 12 tins of gulab jamun, 24 tins of all rasgulla weighing about 89kg and also 530 bundles of cooking oil (every packet containing a litre), all values Rs 89,000,” Mondal asserted.
Mico Layout authorities have taken a case of burglary.
