Bengaluru: Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) installed with the Vijaynagar Traffic Police Station has issued a notification of the show for allegedly persecuting a two-wheel driver during a routine check on Wednesday.
The driver said he had no money to pay Rs 2,500 well slap him because of the various violations taken before and would pay in court later.
Notification came after the video incident became a viral.

The Rider, which apparently shot the video, was heard asking the sub-inspector why he attacked him.

But why did you hit me,” the driver was heard asking.
Chandrashekar then sounded challenging the driver to take his vehicle back.
He also heard asking motorists to come to the police station.
Once the police officer is near the driver, the next round of fights occurs, video recording shows.
“You have attacked me again.
The first time you didn’t attack me.
Now I have this video showing you attacked me.
You have broken my helmet and throw it away,” The Rider was heard saying, because he enlarged the helmet lying on the side of the road.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Western traffic) Kuldeep Kumar R Jain, who issued a notification of the show, said, “I saw the video.
It was not true and edited.
The driver was injured.
But he had a helmet, which was broken and released him, he hurt his hand .
Second, he has no money to pay, that’s why he asks time.
