Bengaluru: After the interference caused by Covid-19 Lockowns, the vaccination process is slow to add to the worries of real estate developers, which are afraid that the lack of prolonged staff can reach the project schedule.
For health security reasons, many builders call the site only workers who have taken at least one dose of vaccine.
The number of such workers is not great at this time.
There are 25 construction workers registered in Karnataka, with around 25 percent employed in Bengaluru, according to Errol Fernandes, Vikepression of the Indian Real Estate Developer Association (Credii), Bengaluru.

About 250 active projects have been identified in Bengaluru and a list of more than 40,000 workers has been prepared.
