Bengaluru: A local court on Monday was protected by a guarantee petition submitted by the alleged Hacker Srikrishna Ramesh aka Sriki, 26, Tuesday.
This, however, sent this sriki friend Wisnu Bhat for police detention for three days.
Sriki and Bhat were arrested on Saturday night after a fight in a star hotel in Domlur.
Then, they were declared positive for marijuana consumption.
The police ordered them for brawls and under the 27th part of Narcotics and Psychotropic Act, 1985 (punishment for consumption of narcotics drugs or psychotropic substances).
Initially, the police tried to prisoners six days from Bhat, with the reason they had recovered at least 10 stems filled with marijuana from Indiranagar’s residence and they needed to question them more sources.
“We are not looking for sriki custody because we don’t seize medicines from him.
Thus, he applied to guarantee, “said a senior police officer.
Bhat has visited the hotel on the Old Airport Road to see sriki.
He allegedly attacked his staff when they objected to he entered the lobby on the fourth floor without recording details in the registers.
Notified by the hotel staff, the jurisdiction police from Jeevan Bima Nagar stations rushed to spot.
