Bengaluru: A housewife from Basaveshwaragar filed a complaint accusing her husband and the others from her-in-law’s family feeding alcohol to her three-year-old son and sexually harassed him for domestic problems besides demanding dowry.
Based on complaints, the police ordered five people, including her husband, private company employees.
The 26-year-old child accused her husband had a relationship with his brother’s wife.
“When I opposed the affair, my mother-in-law confirmed it said that she (brother ipin) husband could not have a child and therefore, my husband had to help him become a mother,” he accused.
“Everyone in my husband’s family was addicted to alcohol and they were forcibly feeding Liqour to my son.
They harassed and harassed me and my husband supported them for sexually harassing me,” he said.
The defendant had been ordered under the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) 354 (violence or criminal to women with intention to be angry at his modesty) and the Dowry ban law.
Notifications have been issued, directing them to join in the investigation.
