CHANDIGARH: The UT police on Thursday claimed to have arrested four detained of kidnapping a 15-year-old boy to get a ransom of Rs 50 lakh.
Their fifth accomplice will be all on the run.
Ankit was kidnapped near Manimajra railroad crossing on the afternoon of June 15.
UT SSP Kuldeep Singh Chahal stated,”The detained are Pankaj Gupta, 28, his brother Vishal, 24, citizens of Kishangarh village, Rajat, 21, and Mukesh Kumar, 24, both Ram Darbar.
Their aide, Ajay Sharma, is large.
