BENGALURU: Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa on Saturday declared the”Chief Minister’s Bala Seva Scheme” to the welfare of youngsters because of Covid-19, such as monthly financial aid of Rs 3,500 for both guardians that are caretakers.
He said the strategy was prepared on a proposal in the Centre, to get the care of orphaned kids.
“Under this strategy Rs 3,500 a month financial aid will be provided to the defender, who’s the caretaker of the child.
Children below 10 decades not needing guardians will probably be placed under child care associations,” he explained.
To offer excellent schooling, kids will be admitted to mimic residential colleges such as Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kittur Rani Chennamma Residential Schools and Morarji Desai Residential Schools, he told colleagues.
He explained free laptops or laptops will be awarded to kids who have finished 10th normal, to offer them support for postsecondary and higher education.
For women who have completed 21 decades old, Rs 1 lakh will be provided for their union expenditures, higher schooling and self-employment, ” he explained, including that for the general evolution of the kid, mentorship will be given.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also on Saturday declared a range of welfare measures for kids who lost their parents Covid-19 in the central authorities, for example making sure that a corpus of Rs 10 lakh if they turn 18 and providing to their schooling.
Stating that details have been worked out on how far it could cost, the CM explained specifics of this strategy will be announced shortly and those impacted will be given these advantages.
