Chandigarh: Haryana Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) announced on Friday to open a cinema, multiplex and theater from February 1 and so on with 50% occupancy.
SDMA also announced to open colleges, universities, polytechnics, itis and libraries for students.
Authorities request school management to ensure that students are 15 years above vaccinated with a minimum of one dose.
