CHANDIGARH: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Sunday declared that the Congress government in Punjab had performed a fraud on its own workers by just announcing execution of the 6th Pay Commission nevertheless leaving its own true delivery”into another SAD-BSP alliance authorities”.
