CHANDIGARH: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Sunday declared that the Congress government in Punjab had performed a fraud on its own workers by just announcing execution of the 6th Pay Commission nevertheless leaving its own true delivery”into another SAD-BSP alliance authorities”.

Likewise, he explained, rural region allowance was reduced from 6 percent to 5 percent and also non-practising allowance of physicians has been shrunk from 25 percent to 20 percent.
