Jorthat: The Ministry of Health Officials worried about increasing Covid deaths in Jorhat and Golaghat districts where 10 people surrendered to the virus in the last 24 hours even though the trend declined in the level of the first few days.
Officials relating to a large number of patients are still under hospital care in Jorhat and Golaghat.
Deputy Deputy Commissioner Ashok Kumar Barman said six people under 45 years have died in the past 24 hours, taking victims up to 282 in the district.
About 1,300 people are in care at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) and other Covid care centers in this district on Monday.
A health department official in Jorhat said, “For the first time, the level of participants in Jorhat has gone below 1% on Monday.
In the last seven days, a total of 38,061 people were tested for viruses and found 728 positive people for Covid-19.” in Golaghat District, four people died of Covid – 19 in the last 24 hours.
Of the four, two were women and one aged around 19 years.
Everything died at JMCH.
A health department official in Golaghat said, “The level of participants has dropped to 1% for the first time in Golaghat.
About 50 people were tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The district has 1,022 active cases at this time.” Jorhat and Golaghat Regency Located under 24-hourfmts and total detention since July 7.
The government extended the curfew in both districts for the second time in a row on July 20.
The Jakarta District Administration allows the opening of a grocery store until 3pm.
, While Golaghat allows up to 5 pm since July 20.
All other services, except for emergency services, have been closed in Jorhat and Golaghat since July 7.
