The Ministry of Chief (CMO) office provides a final touch on a digital dashboard designed to monitor the main infrastructure project of Bengaluru every day.
Dashbor is expected to cut the delay in an unnecessary project because of the lack of coordination between departments or other problems.
The source says the control room will be launched in a few weeks.
On Wednesday, Chairman of the Minister of Balasavaraj Bommai reviewed the backend of the dashboard, which was praised as the country’s first experiment to monitor many projects in real-time.
However, it is not clear whether the dashboard will be published or only the CMO will access it.
When Siddaramaiiah is CM, the state government has launched a dashboard called ‘Prathibimba’, where the progress of the project related to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahangara Pukuat and Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd is displayed on the website.
Active dash for several months but current access is only limited to officials.

While inaugurating the new metro line at MySuru Road recently, CM Bommai has announced he will personally monitor the progress of the Bengaluru Mega project.
He also promised to dedicate the first working hours of the day to watch them.
Learned that CMO personally reviewed all proposals related to the city after Bommai took over as the main minister.
Some officials have said that the files that go to the CM office need a lot of time to return than those sent to the predecessor of Bommai.
While groups of citizens are very happy that the dashboard might quickly track the implementation of many pending projects, they want the public to also get access to the dashboard.
“CM office can be a role model for the state and other departments by providing residents easy access to the project.
Many information relating to public work is not in the public domain.
CMOs must initiate transparency in the government,” Kumar said, an indiranagar citizen , say.
