GUWAHATI: A law student of Dibrugarh University has recently filed a PIL ahead of the Gauhati high court, looking for defense of physicians and health workers in hospitals and the health centes throughout the nation.
Asif Iqbal, a pupil of eight session of legislation, that filed the PIL told TOI:”Becoming a law student and being truthful to the Article 14 and Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, I’ve transferred the high court for security of physicians and health workers, particularly in that Covid-19 pandemic.
Each and everybody has right to existence as allowed by the Indian Constitution.
