Bengaluru: The dynasty politics continues to grow because the three political parties are in the process of creating relatives from their officials in the election of the December 10 council from local agencies.
JD, which was labeled as the HD Deve Gowda family, had led in this exercise.
This party went on Suraj Revanna, the son of former Minister and Deve Gowda HD Revanna, from Hassan, facing the official who worked hard to build it.
Suraj submitted his nomination letter on Friday.
Suraj was the eighth member of the Gowda family to enter the election politics.
Given the main presence of JD in the form of members of the Gram Panchayats and urban city agencies – which are voters in this election – in Hassan, Suraj selection seems to be sure.
