Mangaluru: the wedding industry, one of the worst hits because of a pandemic, finally has a reason to cheer.
With the early post-deepavali season and is expected to continue until mid-February, industrial stakeholders in Dakshina Kannada are a hopeful place.
During two waves of pandemic, there are severe restrictions on marriage and other meetings.

“Until recently, we did not receive many reservations.
And the events we visited after the pandemic until now have limited numbers.
This season is estimated to be brighter as long as there is no other covid wave in this country,” they said.
As far as the catering industry, many have booked events, but have not confirmed the number of guests.
“A client who works abroad, who will walk down the hall in January, has booked orders and said the number of guests will be confirmed a few days before the event.
Compared to last season, this year it looks bright.
Christian marriage is expected to last until January 27.
