Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada District Administration on Tuesday made quarantine seven days mandatory for all students, employees, and other people from Kerala entering this district.
The New Order by Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Dr K v Rajendra said that all students (nursing, medical, paramedics, techniques, etc.) from Kerala must bring RT-PC’s negative reports that are no more than 72 hours to enter DK.
“They have to undergo seven days of quarantine mandatory after entering the district and have to test themselves after seven days.
This guideline will apply to all others from Kerala who visit Dakshina Kannada for work or other purposes.
All employers in the district must make sure their employees from Kerala Have a legitimate negative RT-PCR report.
It is the responsibility of institutions and employers to uphold quarantine, “he said.
