Chandigarh: The Directorate of Enforcing the Central Agency (ED) has approached Punjab and Haryana High Court who sought a guarantee cancellation given to former Minister Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda by the Special Edge Court with a fraud of the Panchkula Industry plot.
In his request, submitted by Ed through his assistant director Deepak Kumar Chunbuk, has been looking for direction for regular guarantee cancellations given to Hooda by the Jagdeep Singh Court, a special judge in PMLA (Haryana) in Panchkula, through March 15, 2021.
Ed has filed a complaint Chargeshet or prosecution of Hooda, several bureaucrats and everyone were given industrial plots during the Hooda regime as Minister Haryana.
In his request before HC, Ed had searched for the cancellation of Hooda guarantees on the grounds that the command was passed by Judge Panchkula with a glance without appreciating the facts and material available on the note.
“The Special Court Panchkula has made a big mistake in giving a guarantee to the person accused (HOBA) only because he has joined the investigation and was not captured by the Investigation Agency by asking Part 19 from the prevention of money laundering law.
Special Court failed to appreciate that Hoba was a person who was influence, thus, there is a strong possibility of damaging witnesses by misusing their freedom and position.
Next, there is a possibility of respondents who fled justice.
Needless to say, the one accused of, namely Dagar Katyal is still large, thus, the process is under section 82 CRPC is waiting, “the central body has submitted.
This case is related to the allotment of 14 industrial plots in Panchkula of Haryana conducted “illegally by changing feasibility criteria unfairly after the date of receipt of the last application”.
In accordance with accusations, the interview process by the competent committee is not carried out according to the manual it seems to provide an undue assistance to the desired applicants.
