Bathinda: In the election of assembly for assembly in Punjab, political parties have so far touched many real problems, but also reaches one of the most vital selection constituencies – women, consisting of 47.4% of 2.12 crore countries.

Sidhu announced that every housewife will be given Rs 2,000 per month and eight LPG cylinders for free in a year to run households.
He also promises financial benefits to improve girl education.
He said to control the dropout rate among girls, those who passed class V would be given Rs 5,000, those who graduated from class VIII will be given Rs 10,000, and girls who graduated in class X will be given Rs 15,000.
He promised at Rs 20,000 for all girls who passed class XII.
He added if a girl wants to continue his studies, he will be provided by a tablet to be elevated and scooter to travel.
He said the benefits would be available for all girls, and this would not be based on caste or economic conditions.
Sidhu also announced property transfers on behalf of women at no cost, and opened 23 skills development centers for women to instill them work-oriented training.
He added that interest-free loans to RS 2 Lakh will be given to women to start any business and call.
However, even the Minister of Congress Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Mamta Bhushan, and former Minister of Congress Malti Thapar criticized this announcement, saying this was just an effort to ride Punjabi women on the way.
