Mangaluru: The District Police of Dakshina Kannada had brought two people to detention after a 16-year-old victim alleged that she was raped by a gang.
Dakshina Kannada Superintendent Police Rishikesh Sonawane said the incident occurred on Friday when the victims headed to school.
According to his complaint, when he walked to his school from his house, one of the accusations he knew he arrived in a white car and kidnapped him along with the other four, which was accused of rape gangs.
The case has been registered under the IPC 366 (A) section (small girl contract), 376 D (Gang Rape) 506 (criminal intimidation and part 4 and 06 Pocso Law.
Further investigation is on.
Interior Minister Araga Jnanendra in Udupi said, the investigation would take its own way and rape cases would not be tolerated.
